Easy Australia Pty Ltd ("Ufound" or "Easybiz") is committed to providing you with the highest levels of customer service. This includes protecting your privacy. Easy Australia, is a Proprietary Limited Company incorporated in New South Wales, Australia. Easy Australia are the producers of the Ufound Directories. Easy Australia also provides various other business services to our clients.
Personal information held by Easy Australia may include your name, date of birth, current and previous addresses, telephone/mobile phone number, e-mail address, bank account or credit card details, preferences for using our websites, occupation, driver's licence number, your businesses ABN and/or ACN and your Easy Australia password. We also hold details of your Ufound services, including their status, as well as certain details about your personal interests and preferences.
If you choose not to provide us with certain personal information, we may not be able to provide you with the services you require, or the level of service on which we pride ourselves.
Occasionally, you may need to provide personal information about other individuals to Easy Australia (eg about your authorised representatives). Easy Australia commits to the Australian Press Council Privacy Standards (available at http://www.presscouncil.org.au/) in relation to material prepared by Easy Australia, its employees and its agents in the course of journalism. Easy Australia publishes some material which is licensed to it by other organisations. Easy Australia will take reasonable steps to ensure that each organisation which supplies it with material for publication has publicly committed to standards for the purpose of section 7B(4)(b) of the Privacy Act 1988.
